The research and planning process can be time consuming because it is in Creative Tour Concepts (CTC) best interest to plan an exciting, relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience and provide you with the options of your choice.

Because a lot of time go into planning your vacation experience Creative Tour Concepts must implement a $35 non-refundable fee for research and planning.

If you decide to book your trip with us, the $35 research and planning fee with be applied towards Creative Tour Concepts commission fee. However, if you decide not to book your trip with Creative Tour Concepts, you will forfeit the $35 research and planning fee.

The commission fee must be paid within seven (7) days of booking your trip/vacation. If the commission fee is not received within seven (7) days of booking, Creative Tour Concepts reserve the right to cancel your trip/vacation.
